Hi I’m Lena and this is my African Mango diet review. Because I couldn’t find any real reviews by actual people I have written down my personal thoughts and first hand results on this supplement. So Yes I tried the African mango diet and this is my honest, real person review. It’s only a few weeks ago since I started this new diet so I am not able to tell you about my long term results but I will tell you how my experiences are so far.

The Urge To Size Down My Waist
It was on March the 7th of this year that I started my African mango diet plan. I have always done some kind of sport like fitness and some occasional jogging but I have never been able to lose the excess fat around my waist. I’m one of the many women cursed with a apple shaped figure. I know taste is personal but an apple shaped body with too much fat poses a higher health risk.

So I really need to cut down my waist size. Maybe I a don’t workout hard enough or, more likely, I just like to eat and snack too much I guess. This year I was determined to succeed in achieving my weight loss goals so I did some research on the best weight loss supplement available on this moment and on some other dietary topics such as calories. No Side Effects For Me

I already went from a 32 to a 30,5 inch waistline while I’m only a few weeks ahead. This has to do with the supplement because I have never experienced such substantial waist line reductions. How to lose inches of my waist? That’s what my best friend’s sister asked me only recently. I told her that there are several things she could do. Since this is a commonly asked question I decided to write my answer down in this post.

In order to reduce inches from the belly and sides ( the so called tummy and love handle areas) there are a few measures to take. The first and utmost important is to have a critical look at your food intake.

Do you make sure not to eat too much? And do you eat healthy enough?

Cutting down on your portions will help. Many people tend to eat whatever is on their plate. Because they like to eat or because its just a habit. Anyway, size down your portions. Also try to eat slower for it will result in eating less. Also try to wait before stacking up another plate because many times you will feel you’re full within a few minutes. Another tip is to drink a glass of water when you are feeling hungry. According to dr. Oz hunger is often mistaken with thirst. Drink some water and wait a short while too see if you are still that hungry.

Even more important is what you eat instead of how much. Avoid refined foods as much as possible. Take fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds and nuts instead. Avoid those high sugar content drinks such as cola, or fruit juices. They won’t make you feel full so you’ll eat just as much and at the same time the sugars will add more calories.

Another obvious but important factor is physical exercise.

Exercise is NOT essential for weight loss. Physical activity is! (admitted, exercising does play a major role in effectively shedding pounds) What I mean to say is that you don’t necessarily have to work out in the gym until you drop each and every day. In fact you don’t have to be that fanatic at all. You just have to balance your calorie intake with the amount of exercise you will get. In the end it’s all about calories in versus calories out.

The problem is that for most overweight people this balance is long gone. We eat far too much and too unhealthy so in reality exercising will have to be part of the waist slimming equation. In case you are (one of the very few) healthy, moderate eaters; take the stairs as much as possible, volunteer to get the coffee while on the job (or at home). These small actions will add up once they have become a habit. You have to become a more physical active person. This is important because real, substantial weight loss is a matter of changing your lifestyle.
